Develop an autonomous intelligent pattern-recognition programme integrated to the Andor – Zeiss confocal microscope system of the Gene Expression and Biophysics Group in the Synthetic Biology ERA.
Assist group members with the analysis of the data using the programme(s) developed.
Train members of the team and external users/students as required by the research leaders of the project.
